- A ruling is a official statement for cards which clarifies the interactions between cards and card effects.
- With Yu-Rulings you can quickly see the official rulings on the local archive or online if you have an Internet connection.
- The latter option allows you to have access to the latest rulings information.
- For each card there is also a chance to update the local archive with the online rulings if they have changed.
- Option to add new cards to the local archive.
- The search function allows you to find the card by typing the name in part.

Love it! But...
This is a very efficient app and comes in handy mid-duel. However, when switching from the ruling to the calculator, the calculator displays the appropriate life points as before becomes partially unusable. If this was fixed it would be perfect in my books!

Needs all card rulings
Missing cards like "seal of orclleos"and monsters like bountiful Artemis No rulings its great as a calculator! Will change my rating once rulings are updated.

Potentially the best
The interface is wonderfully done, and the calculator is fantastic. Once some of the missing cards are added (such as Oricalcos) there will be few apps that can compete with this. Very useful for the serious and the novice duelists!
